Candle Care

First use

To ensure your candle burns evenly until the end, keep it lit until the entire surface is liquid (which can take 2 to 4 hours depending on the size).

If you extinguish it too early, the candle may tunnel, leading to uneven and incomplete wax combustion, thus limiting its burn time and causing the wick to extinguish prematurely.

Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Always trim the wick before each use (to 1/4 inch above the wax surface for cotton wicks and 1/8 inch for wood wicks) – a wick that is too long or too short can cause premature
extinguishing.

If there is an accumulation of ash at the end of the wick, remove it, along with any matchstick fragments, burnt wick pieces, or other debris in the wax, before lighting the
candle.

My parcel seems to be lost. What should I do?

Are the shipping fees refundable?

All shipping charges, including those for returns, are non-refundable. please also note that if you make a mistake in the address, the second shipping attempt will be at your expense at all times (even if you were entitled to a free delivery on the initial order).

How to request a refill?

In order to benefit from a refill, we ask you to remove all wax residue, run the container under hot water, and then remove the wick supports.
